Natural health in midlife for women is something I’ve been learning more and more about now that I’ve hit middle age. Hormones are changing (is it warm in here?), stress and anxiety are also at risk to appear or increase, brain fog, weight gain, the list seems to be endless. I’ve chosen to learn about and use as many natural solutions as possible in my home and in my body.
You should know that I’m NOT perfect at this natural health thing! Sometimes I make my own products, and sometimes I don’t have the time or just don’t want to be bothered. I think of every positive thing I do for my health as a step in the right direction and that’s more attainable for me than perfection. My weight has been up and down, think Oprah, and now that I’ve hit midlife, I’m counting each step I take in a positive direction as a win for me!
